Ashland At Home (AAH) is neighbors helping neighbors live in their own homes and stay engaged in our community as long as possible. AAH is based on the "village" model that is serving tens of thousands of adults across the U.S. The model, developed by neighbors living in the Beacon Hill area of Boston, provides services to support members to continue living in their homes as they age. Ashland At Home provides a common-sense, neighborhood-based solution for aging adults who want to remain in their own homes until the end of their years. I am very impressed with the ideas behind this approach and the people involved in making it a reality.
